The voices of all members of our school community matter. Please participate in this year's school survey by responding to the paper survey sent home, signing into your NYCSA account, or clicking this link. Our goal is 100% survey participation from families, teachers, and students. All surveys must be completed by March 31, 2023.
ONLINE INSTRUCTIONS
Families will need their child's nine-digit identification number (OSIS) to complete the survey online. The OSIS number can be found on your child's report card. Once on the survey page, you must enter “f”, followed by your child’s OSIS to access the survey. Note that the “f” must be lowercase.
